He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Butcher; his children, Jena Crowder (Scott) of Avon, IN and Ryan Warnick of Cayuga, IN; his grandchildren, Hayden Crowder and Audrey Crowder; his sister Marge Hennis (Terry); his aunt Connie Warnick; his siblings-in-law, Terry Butcher (Kaye), Tony Butcher (Geri), Charlie Cook, Bill Hawn, Paula Summers, Debbie Morgan and Lisa Walters (Wayne); his cousin Steve Warnick; his friend Jim Hawn; his pet Odie; his sister Janet Cook; and his sisters-in-law, Kandia Hawn (Butcher) and Jeanne Hetrick (Butcher). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
