He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Watkins and Rosemary Watkins; and his nephew Justin Watkins. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Watkins of San Diego, CA and Thomas Watkins of Champaign; and his brothers, Rod Watkins and Eric Watkins.
