She is survived by: her parents, Bridget Rose Dominguez of Lombard, IL and Bob Upp of Cayuga; her children, Makayla Rose Mack of Kaleb James and Bryson Wade Upp; her grandmother Rosita Calta of Lombard, IL.; and the father of her children Kaleb Mack. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
