He is survived by: his parents, William P. and Lorena Willey, Jr. (Morgan); his wife Ronelle Willey of Carthage; his children, Troy Parker Willey (Melissa) of Kennard and Stacy Theobald of Morristown; his grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Bales, Brandon Willey, Benjamin Bales, Parker Theobald and Savannah Theobald; his great grandchild Kopeland Kreiger; and his siblings, Roy Willey (Susan), Rose Willey, Linda Shue, Bob Willey (Debbie), Jerry Willey (Kelli), Charles Willey (Sherri) and Kathy Donzell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
