He was predeceased by: his mother Frances; his brother Todd; his uncle Ronnie; and his stepbrother Shane Martin. He is survived by: his father Tom (Janie); his sister Tonya (Steve); the mother of his children Brenda; his children, Tom, Derrick, Latia and Brittany; his aunts and uncles, Bill, David, Janice and Shelby; and his nieces, Jessica, Sarah and Angelina. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren.
