He is survived by: his parents, Mandy Locker and Rusty Locker (Amanda); his siblings, Russell Wayne II, Andrew Steele Locker, Dallen Palmer Locker and Shelby Gail Locker; his grandparents, Russ Locker (Gail), David Roland (Toni), Mariann Ricketts (Rick), Ralph Henderson (Anita), Marion Potts (Donna) and Tim Hickerson (Tami); and his uncles, Matthew Locker (Lacey), Kevin Roland (Brittney), Michael Ricketts and Nathan Ricketts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by mail to the Justin D. Locker Baseball Scholarship at STAR Financial Bank, 230 E. New Road, Greenfield, IN 46140, or envelopes will be available at the church.
