He was predeceased by: his parents, Cordell Jessie and Jacqueline Melton (Booher). He is survived by: his wife Patty L. DeHart; his children, Tammy Leone (Tony) of Greenwood, Pam Stirling (Jeff) of Zionsville and Kevin Melton (Nikki) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Taylor Leone, Jake, Luke Stirling, Triston, Alex, Shawn, Cole and Blake Melton; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Delainey Pelt; and his siblings, Sue Daniel, Steve, Roger, Jerry, Junior, Jeff, Tony and Larry Melton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
