He is survived by: his mother Debra Stephen (Logan); his children, Amber Stephen of Clarksville, TN and David Stephen of Rushville, IN; his grandchildren, Jonathon, Autumn and Harper; and his siblings, Timmothy Stephen (Keta) of New Port Richey, FL and Suzanne Coe (Al) of Rushvile, IN.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
