He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Wesley" and Marjorie Quinn (Jackson); and his brother Michael James Quinn. He is survived by: his brother John W. Quinn; his sister-in-law Sherie Ann Quinn; his niece Ashley D. Pell; his nephew Jason M. Quinn (Hannah); and his great-nephews, Luke and J. B. Pell.
