He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wendell and Sarah Broyles Bloomer. He is survived by: his wife Martha Snodgrass Bloomer; and his children, Melinda Lee Ashcraft (Mike), Kenneth Wayne Bloomer (Lori), Bonnie Kaye Kittle (Tim) and Robin Lynn Strole (Joe).
