She was predeceased by: her parents, John Langdon and Mella Langdon (Wilson); and her husband John Starnes. She is survived by: her children, Randy (Coleen), Rose Ann Woodard (Ken), Linda Garrett (Steve) and Janice Bassett (Stan); and her brother Frank Langdon. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
