Haynes of Carmel, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughters, Eileen Duany and Lillian Cudiff. He is survived by: his wife Frances; his son Wayne Haynes (Beth); and his grandchildren, Kyle Haynes, Brooke Roahrig, Candice Blowe, Lindsay Szabo and Tammy Dugan. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
