He was predeceased by: his parents, Asbury Maynard and Mamie Thomas Maynard; and his siblings, Wanda, Betty and Robert (Red).
He is survived by: his wife Margaret C. Maynard; and his children, Gigi Parido (Tom), Diana Hook (Chuck), Jeffrey Maynard (Terri) and Steve Maynard (Rhonda). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
