He was predeceased by: his parents, Munirama Setty and Gowramma Elluru. He is survived by: his wife Padma; his daughters, Uma and Usha; his granddaughters, Rani and Nina; and his siblings, Prakash and Vijayama. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hindu Temple of Indianapolis or the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Indiana.
