He is survived by: his wife Linda Carlson; his sons, Michael Carlson (Katie), Christopher Carlson (Brooke) and David Carlson; his grandchildren, Danica, Zach, Seth and Avery; and his siblings, Ruth Anna Carlson (Albert Leonetti) and Jeffrey Carlson (Bonnie).
