He was predeceased by: his fathers, Thomas Guido Kegley and Forrest Warren Kegley; and his mother-in-law Betty Herman. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Kegley-Willeford of Greensboro, NC; his father-in-law Terry Herman (Barbara) of Annapolis, MD; and his siblings-in-law, Audie and Pam Herman of Bristol, TN.
