He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Grimmelsman and Alberta Grimmelsman; and his siblings, Joseph, John Grimmelsman, Mary Josephine Florence and Nancy M. Harmon.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his daughters, Alice L. Grimmelsman (William Wardlaw), Anna S. Grimmelsman (Jeremy Lapington) and Claire E. Devlin (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Josie Devlin and Charles Devlin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Society of St. Vincent DePaul, Indianapolis.
