He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pulley and Dorotha Pulley (Mundell); and his wife Nancy (Smith). He is survived by: his children, Kara Pulley, Charlie and Ben Pulley; his brothers, Don, Allen and Chris Pulley; and his parents-in-law, Jonelle Smith, Suzy Primavera (Tom) and Jon Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
