He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Weitz and Dorothy Weitz (Walker); and his brother James. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Beth Ash (James) of Bonita Springs, Florida, Thomas Weitz (Kathy) of Cleveland, Ohio and David Weitz (Judy) of Elkhart; his nieces, Amy Grover (Jason) and Barbara Thompson (Brian); and his nephew Matthew Weitz. He is also survived by 7 great nieces and nephews.
