Riggin of Carmel, Indiana, born in Willoughby, Ohio, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Evens Riggin and Gertrude Riggin; and his stepson Kevin Clinton. He is survived by: his daughters, Shelley Muchnicki (Darren) of Mentor and Kristy Murphy (Dennis) of Carmel, Indiana; his grandchildren, Ethan, Aidan Muchnicki, Dennis, James and Ella Murphy; and his brother Evans Riggin of Willoughby Hills.
