He is survived by: his wife Ruth (Niehoff); his children, Lynne Carroll (Battreall), Steve Battreall (Susan), Greg Battreall (Rachele) and Chris Battreall (Beth); his grandchildren, Kaiti, Mike, Hannah Battreall, Ben, Abigail and Owen Battreall; and his brother Edward Battreall (Betsy).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Vincent de Paul or The Michael J. Fox Foundation, which benefits Parkinson's research.
