He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harlow and Rosetta Harlow (Rigsby); his brothers, Stanley Ray and Kevin Eugene Harlow; and his grandchildren, Lorine Pruitt, Alijah Reynolds and Braylon Harlow.
He is survived by: his children, Niles Ingalls (Tracy), Kathy Koker-Manfield (Peter), Ian Harlow, Isaiah Harlow, Aaron Harlow and Adona Reynolds (Ryan); and his siblings, Roger, Steve (Joyce), Ricky (Tracy Martin), Randy Harlow, Keith Harlow (Denise), Rhonda Lowry (Harold), Diana VanCauwenbergh (Dennis Hollingsworth), Sandra Harris, Lynda Ramsey and Cheryl VanHook (Eric). He is also survived by several grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
