He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lee; his daughter Michelle Milazzo; his son-in-law Dale Kleeman of Carmel, IN; his daughter Kristen; his son-in-law Todd Howard of Westfield, IN; and his grandchildren, Tanner Milazzo, Kate Milazzo, Ben Howard and Mackenzie Howard.
