He was predeceased by: his father Claude Otten; and his sister Claudia (Ron). He is survived by: his wife Maribeth; his children, David (Larissa), Dennis (Amy), Richard Jr. and Kristen; his grandchildren, Emily, Matthew and Madelline; and his brothers, Carl (Mattie) and Mark Otten. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
