She is survived by: her sons, Jacques Jessen (Sena) of Indianapolis and Sean Smith (Janice) of Carmel, Indiana; her sister Jill Klein of Brecksville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Peyton, Dillon, Ryan and Ayden; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Levi, London, Fiona and Jamie.
