He is survived by: his former wife Janet (Hefflinger) Bellis (Donald); his children, Risa Krauter (Kurt), Bart Churchward and Holly Hardman (Dave); his grandchildren, Casey Krauter (Lauren), Nicole Jontony (Dominic), Kelly Krauter, Kevin Krauter, Katie Krauter, Courtney Krauter and Michael Krauter; his children, Dutch Churchward, Camille Hardman, Cierra McGriff (Cory) and Elizabeth Hardman; his stepchildren, Pat Cline and Bob Cline (Lisa); his sister Lorraine Hoss; and his nephew David Churchward. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
