It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela H. Phillips of Carmel, Indiana, born in Peekskill, New York, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William McGee and Helen McGee (Smith); her husband Michael Phillips; her son Christopher Phillips (Megan); her grandsons, Parker and Peyton; her sister Kathleen Bennett (Patrick); her nieces, Jessica Bennett and Ryann Bennett; and her sons, Scott Phillips and Matthew Phillips.
