He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Eugene and Rachael Jane Bose (Walters); his son-in-law Mark Phillips; and his siblings, Dennis Bose, Rosalie Gabbard, Connie Asbury and William Bose.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie Bose; his daughters, Michelle Nead (Gary), Nancy Phillips and Teresa Smith (David); and his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew Nead, Kyle, Mackenzie Phillips, Chloe and Caitlyn Smith. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Memorial contribution are suggested in Orville's name to: the American Cancer Society and Shults-Lewis Child & Family Services.
