He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Rockhill and Vada Rockhill (Thornburg); and his siblings, Elden Rockhill, John Robert Rockhill, Doris Locke and Virginia Coffin.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Rockhill; and his children, Jerry Rockhill (Denise), James Rockhill (Sharon) and Jean Pluchar (Tom). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
