He was predeceased by: his parents, Myles Murphy and Mary Elizabeth Murphy of Clonliffe Road; and his siblings, Rita Baskett, Seamus and Denny Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Mairead Murphy (Margaret); his children, Catherine Doyle, Therese Langfitt (David), Myles Murphy (Breanna) and Sean Murphy; his grandchildren, Ciaran Doyle, Roisin Longfellow, Niamh, Sophie Langfitt, Myles and Clare Murphy; and his sisters, Cora Palombella and Eileen Goodwin.
