He is survived by: his children, Amy Frolick, Abby Davis, Allyson Milender and Adam Davis; his siblings, Maxine Suess and Steven Davis; his grandchildren, Madeline Frolick, Natalie Johnson, Aviva Milender, Arianna Milender, Avarie Milender, Addison Davis and Avalon Davis; his pet Bella; and his wife Debbie Davis.
In lieu of sending flowers or charitable donations, it is Mike's final wish is that provisions be made on behalf of his dog, Bella, whom he adopted from an animal rescue.
