It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Richard Sedam of Carmel, Indiana, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Melvin and Eunice Sedam (Linkmeyer); and his siblings, Inez Smith (Edwin) and Marion "Sonny" Sedam (Eva). He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Sedam (Vogel); his children, Jackie Salluom (Jerry), Jeff Sedam (Bethann) and Trisha Worthington (Dave); his grandchildren, Lindsay Carmack, Tyler Sedam, Kyle Sedam, Sydney Honens (Ryan) and Taylor Worthington; and his sister Audrey Buente (Victor). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Melvin's name to the charity of your choice that focuses on Alzheimer's Disease.
