She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Hauersperger and Marilyn Hauersperger; and her sister Eileen. She is survived by: her husband Ed Banta; her children, Megan Brink (Dave), Ann Yolish (Todd) and Ed Banta (Alison); her grandchildren, Jacob, Molly, Henry, Oliver, Clara and Marilyn; and her siblings, Susan (Bob), Cathy, Gerald (Sheila), Bernard (Cari) and Timothy (Michelle).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM and at 10:15 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church (14598 Oak Ridge Rd, Carmel, IN 46032). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation in Mary's name.
