She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Shepard and Sue Swigert Lyne Milner; her husband Dr. Vincent Boone Alig; and her siblings, Jean S. Milner, Jr. and Susannah L. Day.
She is survived by: her children, Christina S. Bakker (Rodney), Mary Linda Ray (late Carson), Rev. Vincent Steven Alig (Ruth) and Virginia Jean Cain (David); and her grandchildren, Rev. Heather Ghormley (Justus), Joshua Bakker (Signe), Dr. Amanda Austin (Joel), April Balthis (Ryan), Lucinda Ray, Rosemary Ray, Zachary Alig (Elizabeth), Alisa Burke (Joshua), Anna Boyer (Drake), Vincent Clark Alig, Dr. Daniel Cain (Susan) and Joy Starkweather (Matthew). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Legacy Bible Church (13490 Howe Rd, Fishers, IN 46038). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
