She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery James Buzzard and Esther Thelma Buzzard (Maines); her husband Fred O. Brodt; her son Fred Emery Brodt; and her sister Betty Everitt.
She is survived by: her sons, Phil Brodt of Port Townsend, Washington, Eric Brodt (Nancy) of Carmel and Jeff Brodt (Dianna) of Brentwood, Tennessee.; her sister Jackie Stevens of Columbus, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Chanda Welsh (Kevin), Chad Brodt (Jessica), Jeremy Brodt (Gia), Ashley Boulais (Andre), Lindsey Pendleton (Ricky) and Jessica Coulter. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
