It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynn Schmale of Carmel, Indiana, born in Schuyler, Nebraska, who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Amiel William Schmale and Laverne Lou Schmale (Semrad). He is survived by: his son Ethan; his grandson Max; his wife Kristine Schmale of Carmel, IN; his sons, Trenton Schmale (Emily) of Sheridan, IN and Layton Schmale of Carmel, IN.; his granddaughter Bea Schmale; his siblings, Leigh Schmale (Julie) of Murdock, NE. and JoEllen Day of Fremont, NE; his mother-in-law Alice Krenk of Schuyler, NE; and his sisters-in-law, Cindy Judds-Krenk (Reno) of Fremont, NE, Justine Stouffer (Shane) of David City, NE and Heather Kasik (Joe) of Leigh, NE.

In lieu of plants and flowers Lynn's family suggests memorials to be directed towards Family Wishes for later designation.
