With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lori Ann Bosl of Carmel, Indiana, born in Toronto, Ohio, who passed away on October 4, 2021 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Caddick and Helen Caddick; her brother George Richard "Rick" Caddick; and her stepfather Charles Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; and her sons, Matthew and Lucas.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made out to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231, or St. Vincent Heart Center.
