She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie T. Sutton and Elizabeth Wilson; her adoptive mother Stella Gerard of Geneva; her former husband Harold H. Pinson; her husband Lloyd W. Scholl; and her siblings, James Delvin Sutton, George Elvis Sutton, Everett Howard Sutton, John Woodrow Sutton, Arthur Ray Sutton and Fannie Sutton.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Sue Pinson) of Bristol, VA and John (Linda Pinson) of Mooresville, IN; and her stepdaughter Lisa Shore. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
