He was predeceased by: his mother Apolonia Wasilauskas (Gecaite); and his son Michael Alan Vasil. He is survived by: his father Frank Wasilauskas; his wife Shirley Jean Howell (Howell); his sons, Rick Vasil (Kathy) and Bob Vasil (Jeannie); his daughter-in-law Margi Vasil; and his brothers, Albert and Walter Vasilauskas. He is also survived by eight loving grandchildren, two great granddaughters, and many other extended family.
