The memory of Kathleen L. Ditlinger of Carmel, Indiana, who passed away on December 3, 2024 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence G. Niese and Loretta G. Niese; her son Brian Ditlinger; and her siblings, Rita Kinker, Lavina Gutzwiller, Ken and Andy Niese.
She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Mark (Brenda), Greg (Cindy) and Pam Walquist (Curt); her grandchildren, Sarah Ditlinger-Mapes (Spencer), Laura Ditlinger (Jacob), Ben Ditlinger, Anna Ditlinger, Alexa Walquist, Evelyn Walquist and Noelle Walquist; her great grandchildren, Lavender and Silas; and her siblings, Ginny Schmeltz, Russ, Alvin, Harold, John, Ray Niese and Charlene Hountz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (10655 Haverstick Rd, Carmel, IN 46033). A Mass was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at the Our Lady of Peace Cemetery (9001 Haverstick Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46240).
