It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Rogers of Carmel, Indiana, born in Thorntown, Indiana, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Asher Clayton Cones and Wilma Adelene Castile Cones. She is survived by: her brother Marvin Cones (Peggy); and her children, Gayle Cress (Lawrence) and Mark Rogers (Kris). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Joyce, contributions may be made to the Carmel Historical Society, Carmel Fire Department, or Carmel Friends Church, of which she was a longtime member.
