He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary M. Erbacher and John M. Zanetis, Sr.; and his son Christopher Tripp Zanetis. He is survived by: his daughter Angela Lynn; his grandchildren, Beau Alexander Zanetis and Theo Ruby Zanetis; his wife Sarah Galbreath of Nashville, TN.; his daughter Ashley Britt; his grandchildren, Beau Alexander and Theo Ruby; and his siblings, Charles, Steve (Vicki), William, Michael (Denise), Joe, Mary Ella Walker, Martha and Cathy Zanetis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
