We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2022 we had to say goodbye to John Andrew Takach of Carmel, Indiana, born in Middletown, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Margaret Takach (Domanich) and John Thomas Takach. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Takach (Butkus); his children, John Takach (Michelle), Maria Anne Michela (Jennifer) and S. V.; his grandchildren, Parker and Chloe Takach; and his siblings-in-law, Anita Philipp (Les), LaVerne Thompson (Martin) and Rick Butkus (Madeleine). He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, friends.
