Slack of Carmel, Indiana, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Albert L. Slack and Kathryn G. Slack; his daughters, Cynthia Lynn Martin (Joe) and Angela Nicole Williams (Ryan); his grandchildren, Joseph Bernard Martin, Jr. (Laura), John Patrick Martin (Kristie), Courtney Lynn Martin (Mark White), Avery Nicole Williams, Blake Ryan Williams and Cade Matthew Williams; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Martin (Elle), Joseph Bernard Martin, III, John Francis Martin, IV and Emelia Siobhan Martin.
