He is survived by: his wife Nora Ann; his children, John Carsey III of West Point, TX and Kimberly Kossa (David) of Katy, TX; his stepdaughter Theresa Slack (Gordon) of Zionsville, IN; his grandsons, John Kossa and Matthew Kossa; and his stepgrandchildren, Andrew Slack (Katy), Chelsea Slack, Paul Slack and Weston.
