He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Duncan and Dorothy Duncan; his brother Duane Duncan; and his son Shawn Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Duncan; his sister Lenise Leipold (Don); his children, Janee Duncan and Tiffany Midkiff (Justin); and his stepchildren, Lindsey Manno (Perri) and Ryan Gregg. He is also survived by several grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
