With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim Smith of Carmel, Indiana, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on November 30, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sonna Lu Smith (Fahl). He is survived by: his children, Kathy O'Shaughnessy (Andy) of Fort Wayne, Greg Smith (Ellen) of New Albany and Pat Smith (Nikki Barnes) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, James, Hannah Smith and Regan O'Shaughnessy; and his great grandchild Eleanor Ruth Smith.
