It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Joseph Cook of Carmel, Indiana, born in Rutland, Iowa, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Cook and Myrtle Cook; his daughter Kimberly K. Regot; and his siblings, Jean Beer, Jim Cook, June Glaser and Jack Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Earlene; his children, Kevin J. Cook (Barbara J. Byrne), Karee L. Petruzzi (Dean), Keely A. Matthias and Kristin M. Paquette (Perry); his siblings, Jane Delahunt, Joanie Doster (Maris), Jon Cook (Helen) and Judy O'Leary (David); and his brother-in-law Jim Glaser.
