She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Piotrowski and Katherine Piotrowski (Marziarz); her husband Stanley Zawada; and her brothers, Peter Piotrowski, Burney Peters, Alois Piotrowski, Francis Lowsinski and Ervin Piotrowski.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Nancy Dwyer (David), Donald Peters (Eldith), Norbert Piotrowski (Bonnie), Kathleen Becker, Joann DesMarais and Betty Lou Fox.
