She is survived by: her children, Terry Blake (JoAnn), Baird Blake (Lyn), Kimberly Blake and Tracy McKenzie; her grandchildren, Nicholas Blake (Katie), Christopher Blake (Brie), Amanda Dougherty (Tyler), Shawn Hibbitt and Mackenzie Blake; and her great grandchildren, McKenna Blake, Cole Blake, Dylan Blake, Drew Blake, Jase Blake, Clayton Dougherty, Coralie Ward and Harrison Dougherty.
